Mind Shifting has helped my clients break free from their self created limitations, let go of years of emotional clutter, and dissolve attachments that no longer serve them.

I love connecting with people from all walks of life. My diverse career path—from artist & designer, to business leader and entrepreneur — reflects an insatiable curiosity and a passion for learning. I believe in the magic of endless possibilities, and I've shifted from climbing corporate ladders to creating my own business as a life coach, leveraging my ability to teach, listen, and inspire transformation. While my MBA broadened my perspective and helps me run my business, my success was truly driven by self-directed learning, innovation, and adaptability.

A seeker at heart, I'm devoted to meditation, philosophy, and practical spirituality, all of which I use to enrich everyday life. I remain open-minded to all those who choose a spiritual path or not. Pivotal experiences like past-life regression and spirit world journeys rekindled a deeper spiritual awareness in me. These journeys help me reconnect with the spiritual aspect of myself on a deeper level, uncovering insights and understanding that change how I look at my life and my future...and now I offer these explorations to my clients.
